Wages and Benefits:
• 6.5% COLA on 12/1/2023-largest COLA received since ODFW joined SEIU 503.
• September 2023, on time payment $1500
• No change to monthly percentage premiums for PEBB Healthcare/Dental
• Uniform allowance increased
• Sick Leave counts towards Overtime
• Full day inclement/hazardous pay for office closures
• Vacation leave accessible immediately for new employees
ODFW Local 109/SEIU 503 Leadership and Steward work:
• 2023-2025 Contract Bargaining-Work started January 2023 and ended August 2023
• Labor Management Committee- Continued quarterly meetings with Management
• Grievances- some settled and others still in the process
• Membership meetings/conference calls- Members participated during lunch break or after work. Some activities were joint with other agencies.
Looking forward to 2024
• Local Leadership elections (nominations now open)
• General Council- August 2024, submission of resolutions brought forward by members, discuss and adopt policies and goals that affect our union.
