About 30 members participated in the meeting that was held during noon lunch hour. Members were able to join via phone or video.

Topics discussed were:

• 2025 Bargaining Update- Bargaining has officially started for 2025-27 contract. Over 8,500 members filled out the survey. Both Central Table (all SEIU represented agencies meet for economic proposals) and ODOT Coalition (ODFW specific contract language) met. First ODFW specific article given to Management was 123.3E Uniforms- we are asking for boot allowance, increase amount for seasonal employees, and take away the classification titles currently listed so all receive the same
• Headquarter Employees be on the lookout for an nvite to have a bargaining/current events meeting in person at headquarters.
• Seasonal positions turning to temporary positions. We noticed this recently happening. Leadership would like to know if others are experiencing or hearing of this.
• Future membership meetings- There will be a new invite sent out, since Steve orginally setup the meetings. Still the third Thursday of month noon-1pm.
