What do Unions do?- Unions give workers a voice on the job (recent example Workday Pay Grievance). Having multiple voices (union members) has been shown to improve workplace safety, schedules, wages/benefits, and many other work conditions. If you are not a member, please take a moment to fill out the online membership form to help build our union ODFW Sub-Local 109/SEIU 503. Yes, there is a monthly fee to be a member, but it’s worth it!
